Experienced receptionist exceptionally helpful to all, with a very pleasing personality, even during very busy times, along with going out of her way to help other staff unable to complete workload because of volume, she completed, along with her own work.
Suggested improvements
It is a easy to complain and criticize, and rarely praise and reward is given and would suggest that, that is given occasionally to recognise excellent work.
